Independent Service
MiniMaxH3.xyz is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by MiniMax. MiniMax and related product names may be trademarks of their respective owners.
Accounts and Generation
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. The service can submit video-generation jobs to third-party model providers. Outputs may vary, provider availability is not guaranteed, and you are responsible for reviewing generated content before using or publishing it.
Credits and One-Time Purchases
Generation is charged in credits at the rate shown before submission. A failed provider task is refunded to your credit ledger; a successful task consumes the quoted credits. One-time credit packs do not renew automatically and expire 365 days after they are granted.
Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Creem, our payment processor, to charge the displayed amount at each billing interval. Monthly plans grant the displayed monthly credits after each successful monthly payment. Annual plans charge the full annual amount and grant the displayed annual credits after each successful annual payment. Subscription credits expire at the end of their applicable billing period.
You may cancel from account billing settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the current paid period; it does not remove credits already granted for that period. We currently do not offer proration, in-place plan switching, trials, or credit rollover. One-time packs may still be purchased as top-ups.
Refunds and Payment Issues
Refund eligibility is governed by applicable law and the payment processor's rules. Contact support@minimaxh3.xyz promptly for billing errors, duplicate charges, or service issues. A chargeback or reversed payment may result in related unused credits being frozen while the transaction is reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.
Acceptable Use
You are responsible for ensuring your prompts, reference media, and outputs respect privacy, copyright, publicity rights, provider rules, and applicable law. Do not use the service for unlawful content, impersonation, non-consensual likeness or voice use, copyright infringement, or attempts to bypass service security or payment controls.
Third-Party Services
Generation and payment depend on third-party providers. MiniMax H3 is processed by MiniMax; Hailuo is processed through Replicate by MiniMax; and Seedance 1.5 Pro is processed through Replicate by ByteDance. Payment is handled by the provider shown at checkout. Their availability and processing times may change, and their applicable terms and privacy practices also govern those services.
Accuracy, Availability, and Liability
We aim to describe model capabilities and prices accurately, but AI services change quickly. The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, MiniMaxH3.xyz is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from provider outages, generated outputs, or use of the service.
Changes and Contact
We may update these terms and will publish the effective date on this page. Material subscription changes will apply prospectively as required by law. For billing, correction, attribution, or removal requests, contact support@minimaxh3.xyz.
