Overview

MiniMaxH3.xyz is an independent video-generation service. We process the information needed to provide accounts, credit purchases, media uploads, model generation, task recovery, and customer support.

Account, Payment, and Generation Data

Account data may include your name, email address, sign-in provider, session, credit balance, and task history. Payment providers process checkout and payment details under their own policies; we retain transaction identifiers and the information needed to grant or reconcile credits.

When you submit a generation, we process the prompt, selected model settings, and any uploaded or linked reference media. MiniMax H3 jobs are sent to MiniMax. Hailuo jobs are sent through Replicate to MiniMax. Seedance 1.5 Pro jobs are sent through Replicate to ByteDance. These providers process inputs and outputs to perform the requested generation under their applicable terms and privacy policies. Do not submit material you are not authorized to share.

Information Processed Automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process standard request information, including IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp, and diagnostic data. This information is used to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose technical problems.

We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the site and to improve navigation, generation flows, and other user experience issues. Clarity may process session interactions such as clicks and scrolling, pages viewed, and device, browser, and usage information. Microsoft processes this information under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can use browser cookie controls and Microsoft's Clarity opt-out page to manage this non-essential analytics processing where available.

We do not sell personal information. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information through this website.

External Links and Embedded Media

The site links to third-party services, including MiniMax documentation. If third-party media is embedded in the future, that platform may process data under its own privacy policy after you choose to load or interact with it. Third-party sites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Cookies

Public editorial pages do not require an account cookie. Essential account, security, hosting, and preference storage may be used where necessary. Microsoft Clarity may use cookies or similar browser storage for analytics as described above. You can block or clear these through your browser settings; doing so does not prevent access to public editorial pages.

Optional Google Analytics

Our optional Google Analytics 4 measurement covers a fixed list of public editorial, pricing and tool pages. It loads only after you choose Allow GA analytics. You can reject or withdraw this choice through GA analytics preferences on those pages. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals block this GA measurement. If preference storage is unavailable, GA stays off. This control applies to GA; the existing Microsoft Clarity processing and its separate controls are described above.

After permission, GA may use cookies with a pseudonymous browser identifier and process standard browser/device information. We do not supply account identity or user IDs. We send fixed public page names, canonical paths, recognized public referral origins, and bounded free-tool actions such as loading a local video, capturing frames, requesting a JPG/ZIP download or choosing a Coming Soon direction. We do not send prompts, pasted URLs, filenames, media content, complete query strings or sharing parameters. Advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled. Downloads record requests, not successful saving; Coming Soon actions record preference, not generation.

Google processes analytics data under its Privacy Policy. Declining GA does not prevent use of the site or the browser-local frame extractor. Marked test events are separated from ordinary action reports; without verified ordinary samples, we do not treat test activity as customer demand or conversion.

Retention and Your Rights

Hosting logs are retained according to the hosting provider's operational and security policies. Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with you.
